Sql type support

Looking at https://github.com/tokio-rs/toasty/blob/main/src/core/src/sql/ty.rs it seems that the type support is somewhat limited. I would specifically like to see blob support (mapped to rust Vec). Is that something that I could contribute to this project?

Sorry for the delay, i was in the middle of a big refactor (that has just landed). Yes, more type support would be great.
