[BUG] jFrog chunked push

I trying to push artifacts with size more then 4mb using wash-cli
I have an issue with artifactory loaded layer size, size is less that expected.

I guess issue can be related with https://github.com/oras-project/rust-oci-client/blame/40e307535ff5c07bf6ba9ec76b1a18b357b14ee4/src/client.rs#L564

I think #176 and #177 fixed this and the related wasmCloud issue is closed as well. Is the issue solved for you @ptsgr?
