Add support for Cloud Hypervisor

Describe the solution you'd like:
I would like the option to use Cloud Hypervisor as the microvm implementation as an alternative to Firecracker. There are reasons why i might want to do this, for example:

• GPU support
• Enclave support (i.e. SGX)
