Like for disks-rs, there's a bunch of windows-specific stuff being added to the lockfile (because you can't declare your crate only works on some targets, all target-specific dependencies of your dependencies get recorded in the lockfile). This should not be a meaningful regression to build time, and could very well be an improvement (I haven't benchmarked).
