I’m trying to verify my student status, but the application only gives me a live camera capture; there’s no option to upload a file anywhere. I’ve reapplied multiple times on desktop (Chrome/Firefox/Edge, normal and private windows) and on two phones. It’s camera-only every time, and the captures come out blurry.

I can provide clear proof if I can upload:
• My student ID shows my full name on the front, and the University’s name on the back.
• My transcript is a PDF that I can’t print right now—that’s why I need to upload an image (photo/screenshot) instead of a live picture.

Hey @T7SEN, I ran into the same issue before. By default, the verification flow only opens the front camera on most devices. There isn’t an upload option right now, but here’s a workaround that usually works:

• On mobile, try the Opera browser. It lets you switch between front and back cameras.
• If your name and details are visible in the capture, that’s all the system needs to verify you.

Hi @T7SEN,

The upload option is not always available, in which case you'll need to take a photo with your device's camera:

Your first and last name, complete school name, and a date demonstrating current academic affiliation must appear in your document.
Make sure the image is clear and easy to read; if it looks blurry, please take a new photo. 👈

If you get rejected repeatedly, contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.
