Need Help with the github education benefit Apllication

i have opted for distance learning,
I have tried so many times but it isn't working, different documents but it isn't working

Ensure that your academic transcript clearly indicates that you are part of a distance learning program., as also stated in the Student Developer Pack Application FAQs:

In order to qualify for the GitHub education program, we must be able to verify that you are either located close to your campus, or that you are a part of a verifiable distance learning program.

You must also fill in your billing info and your GitHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. Once done log out and log back into GitHub before re-applying.

If you still unable to apply, contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.
