Unable to submit photo/doc for student application

Hi everyone,

I was denied the student access because I didnt fill out some things, so I am trying to reapply, but when it comes time to ask for a document/photo , Im trying to submit my transcript, but when i upload it and click on submit application, I get a red triangle and shows the upload file again....

Any help?

Usually this issue is solved by submitting the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC.

These users solved it by using the phone: #162877, #168688

If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.

Sorry you’re running into this upload issue it’s a common problem, especially for new accounts. Here are some things you can try:

File Type & Size: Make sure your transcript is a PDF, JPG, or PNG and under 5MB.
Browser Troubles: Try switching browsers (Chrome or Firefox is best) or use incognito/private mode.
Clear Cache & Cookies: Restart your browser or clear its cache.
Internet Connection: Make sure your upload is on a stable connection.
Try Another Device: Sometimes using a different computer or phone helps.
File Name: Use a simple file name with no special characters.
