Hey @lakshita10341, Sorry you’re having this trouble it sounds frustrating to fix the requirements but then run into issues resubmitting your application! Here are a few things you can try: Clear Your Browser Cache/Cookies: Sometimes, old data gets stuck and causes problems with form submissions. Logging out of GitHub, clearing your cache, and logging back in can help. Try a Different Browser or Incognito Mode: Upload issues and weird redirects can often be fixed by switching to Chrome/Firefox or using a private/incognito window. Check File Format & Size: Make sure your ID card is a supported format (PDF, JPG, PNG) and under 5MB. Denied Application Showing: If your application shows as denied and you can’t submit a new one, it might be a technical glitch or your previous application is still being processed in the background. Contact GitHub Education Support: If nothing works, reach out to GitHub Education Support. Explain your situation, include screenshots if possible, and mention that you’ve resolved TFA and billing issues but still can’t resubmit. |

Hi everyone,
i submitted my application but because of TFA and billing information it got rejected, i did submit again after resolving all these issues and signing in again but i am not even able to submit my application, every time i submit, it shows the same page without id card, on closing there is only denied application showed which i submitted first time
