I was thinking to host a workshop on git and github in my college campus in the upcoming month but I need a bit of support in terms of swags that I can offer the students who will be attending this event, and I don't want to invite any GCE, its like I want to host this event myself as I love hosting events, so I wanted to know that if it is possible to get any type of support from github for this event?

GitHub itself does not directly provide swag or sponsorship for individually organized workshops If you want official support the best option is to apply to the GitHub Campus Program or the GitHub Campus Experts program Those programs are designed for student leaders and they can give you resources training and sometimes swag to help with events
If you don’t want to go through Campus Experts you can still host your own workshop using free learning resources from GitHub Docs and GitHub Skills and you could consider partnering with your college tech club or local sponsors to cover swag or giveaways
