Students benefits problem

Oi, pessoal,

Olá,

Estou tentando me reaplicar para os benefícios estudantis, mas quando faço o upload do meu comprovante de filiação acadêmica, apenas um ícone de erro aparece, e sou redirecionado de volta para a página inicial sem nenhuma explicação sobre o problema.

Eu já atualizei todas as informações necessárias (autenticação de dois fatores, informações de cobrança com meu nome completo, nome do perfil do GitHub), fiz o logout e entrei novamente, limpei o cache do meu navegador e tentei navegadores diferentes, mas o erro persiste.

Poderia, por favor, me ajudar a resolver isso?
Se precisar, posso enviar screenshots mostrando o que acontece.

Usually this issue is solved by submitting the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC.

These users solved it by using the phone: #162877, #168688

If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.
