Hi @tentento025,

I recommend you translate your academic proof to English and then fill in your billing information and your GitHub profile with your translated full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. The automated system is unable to correctly read languages that don't use the Latin alphabet.

You are just one step back you going in good direction just replace first and last name and then save after that just reapply. This is very small issue we are human sometime we made mistakes.
