Problem with Education Pack in Brazil (UFBA)

Hi everyone,

Estou tentando refazer meu pacote educacional e utilizando a declaração de vinculo da UFBA como prova de que sou aluno.

Por algum motivo que desconheço, o github está recusando.

Alguém já passou por isso?

Aluno de Doutorado, regularmente matriculado.

For non-portuguese speaker, the image attached in the original message says:

"We declare, for all due purposes, that Lucas Amparo Barbosa is a regular student affiliated with this university, under number XXX, for the doctorate in computer science - Salvador."

What exactly is the reason for the rejection?

Hey @lucasamparo, you may need to provide an additional academic proof, "Documents that prove your current student status include a picture of your school ID with current enrollment date, class schedule, transcript, and affiliation or enrollment verification letter".

So you can try any of the above documents and anything that can prove your current student status, also be sure to fill in your billing information with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic document along with your school address. Remember to log out and log back into GitHub before submitting a new application.

The provided document is an "Affiliation Verification Letter". Is the document provided by the university saing I'm currently enrollend in the Doctorate Course.

About the billing information, was already correct. Maybe the issue is related to "virtual images". The university provide me a PDF with the letter. So, I've converted to an image. In the link you posted before, the guy say something about virtual cameras... I'll try this later and, if work, I'll update the thread.
