Apparently, my "Codespaces core hours" have been fully used. I'm not able to open a new Codespace now. In order to avoid this problem, I tried to put my college institutional e-mail, so I could get benefities from Google Education. However, even after beeing approved, there's a message saying I have to wait until 72h to get the benefities (which include more core hours on Codespaces).

What should I do? I'm trying to attend a task provided by my professor at Codespaces (that's included on GitHub Classroom), but there's this problem of billing issue.

Hi @jtfrl,

I assume you talking about GitHub Education Benefits ("Student Developer Pack"). The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

You'll get a PRO badge on your profile once your benefits become available:

Once available you'll be able to use Codespace and claim your Copilot PRO offer on this signup link.

To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you.

In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.
