I have a .tflite handwashing model that predicts the 7 steps of handwashing. I successfully tested it on a webcam using Linux, running the code in PyCharm with Python 3.10. The versions of NumPy, OpenCV, and TensorFlow used were 2.0.2, 4.11.0.86, and 2.18.0, respectively.
Now, I moved the testing part of the code to a Raspberry Pi camera and adjusted the library versions to be compatible with Picamera2. However, I am encountering the following error:

Since this was a compatibility error, I tried installing the packages, matching the versions again, and facing an error, ie. externally managed environment.
What could be causing this issue, and how can I resolve it?
